Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Processing times may be longer during sales, weekends, or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and USPS/UPS timeframes.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is dropped off with the carrier, we are no longer responsible for:


  • Delayed delivery
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
    For issues, you must file a claim with USPS/UPS.



International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.


Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, your entire order will ship once all items are available.


Delivery Issues / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
