All Lash Supplies are final sale unless defective, 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at naturaltouchstudiollc@gmail.com

with your order number and photo/video of the issue. 

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package,

 Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
